FOUNDER & COMPANY DIRECTOR

Lucy-Ella Smith is the Founder & Company director of BIALIVE Entertainment.

She began working professionally at the age of 16 and brings over a decade of experience across live performance and theatre. Originally musical theatre trained at Italia Conti Academy in London, Lucy-Ella has worked internationally across cruise ships, music festivals and theatres, performing in venues around the world.

Her touring experience includes extensive work across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland & of course, the UK, giving her a first-hand understanding of the demands of live performance at an international level.

Lucy-Ella became increasingly involved in the creative and operational sides of the productions and companies she was working with - assisting with creative production, casting and tour logistics. This dual perspective, both onstage and behind the scenes, has shaped her approach to the industry and its artists and this ultimately led to the creation of her own company.

In December 2024, Lucy-Ella founded BIALIVE, bringing together her experience in tour management, creative production and casting. Since its launch, the company has gone from strength to strength, working with organisations including LIVE NATION, ITV STUDIOS & CUFFE & TAYLOR.

With a growing network and established relationships with industry professionals across the world, Lucy-Ella continues to build BIALIVE as a trusted presence across theatre & live performance, with further projects in development.
